	You will be warmly welcomed and your confidentiality respected.
	You will be assessed in order to ascertain your specific difficulties.
	Your problems will be treated with sensitivity.
	The method is collaborative: no treatment undertaken if it does not appeal to you; no decisions will be taken without your agreement.
	You will gain insight into your difficulties and an understanding of how they possibly arose.
	Theoretical concepts will be explained and you will be encouraged to ask questions at any time.
	At the termination of the process, you will be more self-aware and have the tools not only to recognise if or when the problem may recur, but also how you can address it before it escalates. You are likely to be more confident and knowledgeable in your interactions with others.
