I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with many years professional experience which includes lecturing and training, dating from 1989 onwards.

I tailor therapy to the problem thus providing a bespoke service. I counsel adults, adolescents and children, applying psychological expertise to a wide range of problems, including:

	anxiety		stress (personal and study related)
	depression		eating disorders
	obsessive compulsive disorder		phobias
	confidence and esteem issues		crisis/trauma effects
	personality issues/disorders		adoptee problems
	rape		child abuse
	adults abused as children (physical, sexual, psychological)		family issues
