Group Therapy
To register, fees can be paid by cheque, debit or credit card. Please make cheques payable to Dr Evelyn Millings, and send to:

Individual Therapy
Payment is due at the conclusion of the session, cash or cheque only.
Cancellations policy: please notify of cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of half the session cost. Non-attendance with failure to cancel will incur a charge of the full session fee.
